Return and Refund Policy

At CASEOG, we stand behind the premium quality of our mobile cases and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

Requests made after this 3-day window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a successful return, please confirm the following:

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: The item must be in its original premium packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order number is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Incorrect Model Selection: Returns are not accepted if a case was ordered for the wrong phone model by mistake. (Please verify your model in Settings > About before ordering).

Screen Protectors: Items like tempered glass or camera lens protectors cannot be returned once the adhesive film is removed.

Sale/Promotional Items: Products purchased during "Clearance" or "Final Sale" events.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Evidence Required: We strongly recommend filming an unboxing video as it serves as primary proof for damage claims.

Resolution: We will provide a free replacement for defective items. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

5. The Return Process

Initiate: Email SUPPORT@CASEOG.COM or WhatsApp us at 6366666947 with your Order ID and photos of the product.

Approval: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (available for select pin codes).

Self-Ship: If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to ship the item back to us. We will reimburse up to ₹100 in shipping costs upon verification.

6. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality check. This typically takes 2-3 business days.

Credit: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank's policies.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund.
